DICKINSON, N.D. — Dickinson State Athletics and the Blue Hawk Booster Club will host the annual Meet the Hawks community event Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 5-7 p.m. at the Sanford Sports Complex, 605 13th Ave. W. in Dickinson. The event is free and open to the public.
Meet the Hawks gives the community an opportunity to meet Blue Hawk student-athletes and coaches ahead of the 2026-27 athletic year. Fans of all ages are invited to attend the meet-and-greet and spend the evening with Dickinson State teams and coaches.
Children in attendance will receive a free 2026 "Future Hawk" T-shirt. Free hot dogs and soda will also be available.
Kids can put their new Future Hawk shirt to use later in the week. Children who wear the 2026 shirt to Dickinson State's football game against Montana State-Northern Saturday, Sept. 12, will receive free admission. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
The Blue Hawk Booster Club presents the annual event with support from community partners YUM, Coca-Cola, Baker Boy, Braun Distributing and Steffes.
