Dickinson State University

Trystan Tatum serves as the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at Dickinson State University and is also the Head Strength Coach at New England High School.

Previously a Graduate Assistant at DSU, Tatum worked with softball, women’s wrestling, and cross country. In his current role, he continues to lead strength and conditioning for those programs while adding baseball to his portfolio.

A native of North Dakota, Tatum earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Dakota, where he completed a strength and conditioning internship with the UND athletics program. He holds his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the NSCA, along with First Aid, CPR, and AED credentials.
