NORTH STAR FINALE: Dickinson State is set for their final North Star Athletic Association game this Saturday as they take on Dakota State. DSU won at least a share of the conference title in all 10 years of the league, including this season. Ranked at #15 the Blue Hawks appear to be in the driver's seat towards hosting an NAIA Opening Round playoff game, but their fate lies in the hands of a national committee. A win against Dakota State secures their spot a little tighter, but eyes will be around the NAIA this weekend before the NAIA Selection Show on Sunday. The Blue Hawks will also honor their seniors on Saturday and the Blue Hawk Booster Club will honor their 2024 award winners at halftime.
THE SERIES
vs DaSU: DSU leads 26-2
Last: DSU 38-21 (10/12/24 in Madison) / Streak: DSU 13
Notes: DSU won a turnover filled game in Madison earlier this year to stretch their win steak to 13 against the Trojans. Dakota State has never won in Dickinson.
