FCS FIRST ROUND
For the second consecutive season Dickinson State will play in the NAIA Football Championship Series First Round. This year, the Blue Hawks will host KCAC Bissell Division Champion, and 19 seed, Kansas Wesleyan. Last season #16 DSU travel to #17 Montana Tech in the first round and beat the Orediggers, 35-28, to advance to the NAIA FCS Second Round. This will be the first home playoff game for Dickinson State since their hosted a pair of games in the 2004 season, beating Montana Tech, 30-13, in the First Round before falling to eventual national champion Carroll College in the Quarterfinals.
