Dickinson State University

Dawson McGlothlin is entering his first season coaching for the Blue Hawks as the Special Teams coordinator and defensive backs assistant. Originally, from Sidney, MT, McGlothlin attended the University of Montana and later attended Dickinson State University. He received a bachelor’s degree in secondary math education. McGlothlin started at safety for the Blue Hawks for three seasons and helped his team win four straight conference championships. During those four years, he was elected team captain 2 times. He was a three time all-conference player and one time All-American player.
