MOVING UP: With six wins in their last eight games, the Blue Hawks are hitting their stride … all eight games have been played in Dickinson, and that won't change this week with a four game set against Dakota State scheduled as the official Grand Opening for the Sanford Sports Complex and Bravera Field … the Blue Hawks have been a notably better team at home this season, improving their batting average to .322 at home against .271 anywhere else, while holding opponents to just 3.4 earned runs a game at home while allowing over 6 earned runs a game away from Dickinson … after their recent hot streak, DSU has moved into fourth place in the North Star Athletic Association, with VCSU and Dakota State just one game ahead of them in the win column, making this weekend a big one when it comes to conference tournament seeding
