CHICK-FIL-A CLASSIC
Dickinson State heads south to the Chick-fil-A Classic in Bellevue, Nebraska to officially kick off their 2024-2025 season. The Blue Hawks will take on NAIA opponents Peru State and Oakland City on Friday and Saturday, respectively. The Blue Hawks have gone 1-1 at the Chick-fil-A Classic each of the last two seasons. This will be the third straight year the Blue Hawks play in the Classic. Peru State was picked to finish 2nd in the 13-team Heart of America Conference, while Oakland City was picked to finish 8th in the 12-team River States Conference. Both teams have played one game this season, with Peru State taking down Haskell Indian Nation and Oakland City falling to Tennessee Tech.
