MONTANA DETOUR
Dickinson State will head back to Montana for a single game this week as they take on Carroll College on Saturday. The Blue Hawks will wrap up their five-game swing through the Frontier Conference against CC. DSU is 2-2 in games against the Frontier during this stretch, with both wins coming against Montana State-Northern. The Blue Hawks do not have a busy December slate ahead, playing just twice (December 13 at Jamestown and December 19 vs Midland in Dickinson) before Christmas.

Notes: DSU won the lone matchup last season, winning 97-91 in Dickinson. The last Blue Hawk win in Helena came back in the 2014-15 season. Carroll had won 7 straight games before DSU's win last season.
LAST TIME OUT
Dickinson State split their two games at the Coca-Cola Sam Milanovich Classic, falling 86-79 to Rocky Mountain in game one before bouncing back with a 73-66 win over Montana State-Northern in game two. Aidan Fishell led the Blue Hawks off the bench, averaging 19 points per game on over 70 percent shooting. DSU continues to move in the right direction on the offensive end but are still behind last year's production in field goal percentage, three point field goal percentage, free throw percentage, rebounds per game and points per game.
