Dickinson, N.D. — For the second consecutive week, Dickinson State's Rylee Kogolshak has been named Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Setter of the Week following her strong performance at the Siouxland Invitational in North Sioux City, S.D.
The junior from Hardin, Montana, helped lead the Blue Hawks to a 3-1 weekend with 161 total assists, averaging 10.73 assists per set. Kogolshak also added 20 kills, 43 digs, and seven service aces, while recording three double-doubles across the four matches.
She reached a major milestone during the victory over Doane, surpassing the 1,000 career assist mark.
"Rylee has been doing a great job running our offense, and it's exciting to see her earn this honor two weeks in a row," said head coach Stormy Siemion. "It was a great weekend and awesome to see her reach her 1,000 assist mark."
Kogolshak currently leads the Frontier Conference in total assists and has been instrumental in Dickinson State's 4-1 start to the season.
