Senior Tayson Jones (Howes, S.D.) headlines the roster, ranked first in saddle bronc riding with 340 points. He is joined by freshman Brody Froelich (Selfridge, N.D.) and junior Eli Higa (Honokae, Hawaii), who also rank among the region's top saddle bronc competitors.
On the women's side, graduate student Molly Rotenberger (Ludlow, S.D.) and junior Jaysee Jones (Howes, S.D.) are among DSU's top all-around performers. Rotenberger has earned points in both barrel racing and goat tying, while Jones ranks second in goat tying and seventh in breakaway roping. Senior Jenna Hume (Orfordville, Wis.) has also contributed with consistent performances across multiple events.

Regional Competition
The Stampede will bring in strong competition from across the Great Plains Region, including Mid-Plains Community College and Bismarck State College. With several DSU athletes ranked in the top five of their events, the weekend provides an opportunity for the Blue Hawks to improve their positioning early in the 2025-26 season.
