HELENA, Mont. – Dickinson State swept the third installment of the 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Softball Players of the Week awards, the conference office announced Monday.
Senior pitcher Hope Fath was named Pitcher of the Week, while junior utility player Celina Wilharm earned Player of the Week honors after leading the Blue Hawks to a 4-0 record at the Jamestown dome tournament.
Fath, a senior from Dickinson, N.D., continued her dominant start in the circle. She earned a complete-game, 4-0 shutout victory over Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.), striking out 11 batters. Fath also added a scoreless inning of relief in Dickinson State's 11-3 win over NCAA Division III Concordia-Moorhead (Minn.).
The right-hander has been a steady force for the Blue Hawks early in the season, showcasing poise and power as DSU remained unbeaten during the weekend tournament. The honor marks the first Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Player of the Week award of Fath's career.
Wilharm, a junior from Benson, Ariz., powered the offense with a .636 batting average (7-for-11) over the four-game stretch. She compiled a 1.576 OPS, including three doubles and five RBIs, while posting a .909 slugging percentage.
Defensively, Wilharm was flawless, recording a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage on 10 total chances with three putouts and seven assists.
Head coach Kristen Fleury praised the duo's impact on the program.
"We couldn't be prouder of Hope Fath and Celina Wilharm," Fleury said. "Hope has been dominant in the circle, competing with confidence and composure every time out, and Celina continues to lead the way with her consistency and impact at the plate. These honors are a reflection of their hard work, dedication, and the energy they bring to our program every single day."
