KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the first time this season, the Dickinson State volleyball has entered the national conversation, earning 12 points in the latest NAIA Women's Volleyball Coaches' Top 25 Poll, released Wednesday by the national office.
Dickinson State (N.D.), who recently delivered a key victory over then-No. 3 Bellevue (Neb.) on Sept. 6, appears among the teams receiving votes, marking a strong step forward for the program on the national stage. The Blue Hawks join a competitive field of emerging teams making waves outside the Top 25.
Eastern Oregon retained its No. 1 ranking with all 19 first-place votes, while Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.) and Lewis-Clark State (Idaho) entered the poll as newcomers to the Top 25.
The Blue Hawks continue to build momentum and will look to climb further as conference play heats up in the coming weeks.
