GREAT FALLS, Mont. – Jayce Johnson led Dickinson State University with a championship performance at the Argos Invitational, hosted by the University of Providence at Eagle Falls Golf Course. Johnson fired rounds of 71, 76, and 73 to claim individual medalist honors, while both the Blue Hawk men's A team and the women's team earned second-place finishes in their respective team standings.
Men's
Paced by Johnson's steady play, the DSU men's A team posted round totals of 302, 298, and 305 for a three-round score of 905, securing second place overall. Strong supporting rounds came from
Sam Lewton,
Tyus Thomas,
Eric DeBoer, and
Kaden Bishop.
The Blue Hawk B Team also competed, finishing with a three-round total of 982, highlighted by contributions from
Torrin Ellis,
Emersyn Lee,
Josh Hetzel,
Jermaine Broussard, and
Braxton Wolfe.
Women's
Ellia Soydara led the Blue Hawk women with a fifth-place individual finish, turning in scores of 80 and 79 over two rounds. The women's team finished second overall with round totals of 328 and 331, combining for a team score of 659.

Camille Poncin, who helped keep the Blue Hawks in contention throughout the tournament.
